Ordering
policy
Every piece commissioned from urban forest furniture is made to order
and built by hand. Once a piece has been decided upon, a fifty percent
deposit is required to secure the order. Payments can be made in the
form of cash, personnel check, business check, or money order. From
there an approximate start time and completion time will be
established. Final payment is required before shipment of finished
piece.
Custom
Orders
Furniture commissions of a completely custom nature are welcome.
Designs for custom work, will be presented as a three dimensional
rendering with measured drawings. A design fee will be required prior
to design work, separate from the cost of commissioned piece. Lead
times for custom commissions run longer due to additional design time.
Shipping
All furniture is delivered blanket wrapped, or if requested can be
crated. Shipping costs will be established at time of order.
